Ridgewood residents, business-owners, and all other Village stakeholders are invited to participate in one of two Visioning Workshops for Our Village, Our Future, the Visioning Process for Ridgewood’s Next Master Plan. The workshops are scheduled for consecutive Saturdays, September 21 and September 28, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Village Hall (1st floor). The format and content of both workshops will be the same, so mark your calendars with the workshop date that best suits your schedule. An agenda for the workshops will be posted to this website next week.
The purpose of the Visioning Workshops is to bring together Village stakeholders to:
- Discuss the observations, findings, and results of the Visioning Questionnaire and the potential values, goals, and priority topics for the Village’s next Master Plan that emerge from these results.
- Deliberate over several of the “Key Questions to Consider” that are listed at the end of the Visioning Questionnaire Summary of Results presentation.
- Evaluate the “Emerging Principles” that were identified during the focus groups and small group discussions that took place over the past year (see the Village Voices section of the website for highlights).
Optional Registration. To register for one of the workshops, click here. Registration is not required, but registering would be helpful to the workshop organizers so they can get a sense of how many people might participate.
